What are the delivery options? We offer free delivery on all orders over £20. For orders under this standard delivery is £2.50. Next day delivery is £7.50 regardless of spend.
How can I track my order? Tracking details of your order will be emailed to you with your dispatch confirmation.
What if I no longer want my order? If your order has arrived damaged then please contact us immediately and we will rectify this. However, due to the nature of some personalised products, exchanges and refunds are not available unless it is a fault on our part. Please refer to our online returns policy for full details.
Can I make changes to my order? If you wish to make a change to your order, contact us at sales@pawandfluff.com within an hour of your purchase. After an hour, we cannot guarantee any changes can be made as the item may already be in production.
When will be order by delivered? If you have selected standard delivery, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. If you have selected next day delivery, your item will arrive the next day (for next day delivery, order must be placed before 2pm Monday to Friday).
